These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services, products, and offerings provided by Studio Polarity (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to handmade jewelry, digital downloads, one-on-one sessions, and group programs. By purchasing, booking, or engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Overview of Offerings Studio Polarity provides a range of experiences and creations, including: Handcrafted Jewelry: Made in small batches with intention and care Digital Downloads: Such as guides, e-books, meditations, and educational resources One-on-One Services: Including readings, intuitive guidance, or coaching calls Group Containers: Such as courses, workshops, or community spaces held online All offerings are created with integrity and designed to support personal exploration, healing, creativity, and transformation.
2. Intellectual Property All content provided through this site—including audio, video, written material, visual art, jewelry designs, and session recordings—is the intellectual property of Studio Polarity and may not be reproduced, shared, or redistributed without explicit written permission. You may not copy, alter, sell, or create derivative works from any product or service.
3. Jewelry & Physical Products Each piece is made by hand and may vary slightly in color, shape, and texture. These variations are not flaws—they are part of what makes your piece unique. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via the contact page prior to ordering. Payment All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and secure payment platforms. Prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice. Shipping Orders are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Studio Polarity is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or other shipping carriers. International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before submitting. Exchanges may be granted on a case-by-case basis for items damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Repairs If your item breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 30 days of purchase, we offer one complimentary repair. After that window, repairs may be available for a fee. Reach out via the contact page to inquire. Custom Orders Custom orders are welcome! A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. Once a custom order is approved and finalized, it cannot be canceled or returned. Care Instructions To preserve the life of your jewelry: Avoid contact with water, lotion, and perfume Store in a dry place when not in use Use a polishing cloth to gently clean Studio Polarity is not responsible for damage caused by improper care.
4. Digital Products All digital product sales are final. You are granted a non-transferable, personal-use-only license to access the content. Sharing, reposting, or distributing content without permission is a violation of these Terms. We are not responsible for technical difficulties due to user error, device incompatibility, or platform disruptions. If you need help accessing your content, please reach out.
5. One-on-One Sessions (Coaching, Readings, Guidance) All sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your spot. Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refund. Sessions are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own choices and interpretations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is harmful, abusive, or out of alignment with the space being held.
6. Group Offerings / Containers Group offerings are often live and/or recorded. By participating, you consent to being present in group settings and any recordings, unless otherwise stated. Sharing another participant’s words or personal shares outside the container is a violation of our values and ethics. Refunds are not guaranteed once a container begins, unless otherwise specified. Please read each offer page carefully. We may remove any participant at our discretion to preserve the safety and integrity of the space.
7. Payment Terms All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Payhip). We do not store your payment information. By purchasing, you agree to their individual terms and conditions. For payment plans or extended access offerings, you are responsible for completing the payment agreement unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon.
8. Disclaimer All services and products are offered as tools for growth, insight, inspiration, and energetic support. We make no guarantees or claims of specific outcomes. Your personal experience will vary. By engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to take full responsibility for your choices, interpretations, and the integration of what is shared.
